Since receiving his degree in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan, Jerry Ewen has had a profound motivational influence on business, education, government, health and the social services.  His passion, clarity and wisdom have served to create quantum shifts in employee morale and company cohesiveness.

Mr. Ewen has been a pioneer in the development of efficiency-enhancing work and play structures for adults and is inspirational in his facilitation of supportive, creative and sustainable work environments.

As the founder of the U-Win Institute, he has been helping people create winning lifestyles for themselves, their organizations and the world for more than twenty years.  He also serves as International Director of Playfair Inc. - an organization which touches the lives of 100,000 people each year and is committed to empowering individuals with a sense of self-worth, social ease and community spirit.

He has taken his extensive experience as a therapist, business consultant and lecturer and has synchronized a new form of intervention; an approach proven to enhance camaraderie, increase productivity, heighten team efficiency and provide a framework to support and strengthen the over-all effectiveness of any mandate.
